PREFACE
The second volume of this book brings together the articles presented at the III CIVENI, which address the reflections of researchers and students on practices, theories, and experiences that permeate daily school and academic life, offering a dialogue with the contemporary challenges of human development.
Each text here begins with reflections ranging from methodological issues to debates on public policies, including accounts of innovative experiences and critical analyses of the role of education in society.
Considering its main theme, "Connected Knowledge: Innovation, Justice, and Humanity in a Contemporary Society," this volume invites the reader to think about the multitude of knowledge that forms education, uniting popular and academic knowledge through a living, constantly evolving process.
I dedicate this book to all who, like me, recognize that education is both past and future. It is within education that our history and the paths we wish to build are found.
