PREFACE
Knowledge is never static. It evolves in response to social change, innovation, and the pursuit of Justice. Knowledge should be intended not only to inform but to provoke reflection and dialogue. It should be a tool to provide equalness to all. It should be an active instrument of Innovation, Justice, and Humanity. It should be a mean of God’s word.
The articles organized in this collection, “Knowledge in Motion: Innovation, Justice, and Humanity in a Contemporary Society”, named after the main theme of the (Inter)Knowledge Conference; reflect this dynamic character research, offering diverse perspectives to contemporary challenges while anchored in fundamental principles of humanity.
The purpose of this volume is not only to provide a resource that consolidates critical insights into the evolving landscape of Law but also encourages readers to consider how legal thought and practice can respond constructively to the demands of a rapidly changing world. Here, we bind together contributions from graduate students, scholars, and practitioners of Legal Sciences who motion from the impact of digital transformation on legal frameworks to the role of law in safeguarding rights and promoting equity.
Let us set Knowledge into Motion.
